How long will my project take?

As we offer many different services and packages, every single project is bespoke. If you have a strict timeline please do let us know at the initial stage of contact so that we can ensure we are able to meet your requirements. We will always manage expectations and make timings clear for you in your client onboarding process.

Where are you based?

We run our business from our family home in Shropshire, however as our work is online we can take it anywhere and we are able to work with clients nationwide, and even further afield. If you are local to the Shropshire area we’d love to do your initial consultation in person over a coffee, but don’t worry if not, we can either chat via teams or over the phone.

Are you able to work to my budget?

We will always be fully transparent when it comes to pricing and there will never be any hidden costs to take you by surprise. If you have a certain budget in mind it’s always good to make this clear to us at the initial point of contact so that we can make sure we offer you at least one option to fit your budget.

Are you fully insured?

Yes — Return To Home Solutions Ltd is fully insured and licensed for all drone operations. We hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance (policy number CDA22287710GBP) underwritten by Starr International (Europe) Limited and Travelers Insurance Company Limited through Coverdrone.

Our insurance policy complies fully with EU Regulation (EC) No. 785/2004, which governs aviation and drone operator insurance across the UK and EU.

We are also authorised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) under Operational Authorisation PDRA01-24154, permitting commercial operations of unmanned aircraft (under 25kg) across the UK, including in residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational areas.

Copies of our insurance certificate and CAA authorisation are available upon request.
